Jake and another technician came out at the time that they said they would arrive. They were very efficient put everything back when they were done and our new mini split system works like a charm

Izard Co Heating & Cooling took good care of us and got our unit working quickly. They had parts on the truck and ordered one too. Bri, in the office, was very nice, and our technician, Justin, was competent and friendly also. They worked around our schedule, which was very helpful. Their price was very modest for the work they did. I highly recommend them!

Paden did a great job for us. Much better and faster than our old company. I actually saw him one day at the gas station while he was getting gas and was talking to him and he gave me a card. I had no idea I would be needing his services so soon. But I did. He actually came out next day to service my air unit. My old company would have charged me for an emergency call coming out next day but Paden did not. It was charged for a regular call. He is great at his work. Knows his stuff and cleans up after himself. My old company would get the work done but it was not always properly done and I did not know who else to call til I saw the Izard County Heating and cooling truck. It was like a miracle. I would and will and do recommend him and his company to anyone and everyone I know. 5 star company and great worker! They are my new company I will use for all check ups and service calls.

I recently had a problem with the heat at the shop. I got the phone number from a friend and called Paden. They were on a job close to me and came in a couple of hours. They diagnosed my problem and replaced a part, got my heat back on in about half an hour. Quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. I'd recommend these guys to anybody needing this kind of work
